Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes! Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony at 1480 Loudoun Road.
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
The event will be held outdoors. There will be a tent for the reception, but please remember to dress according to the weather.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive by 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM start. Remember to give yourself ample time to park if you are choosing to drive.
Where are the restrooms?
Luxury restroom trailer will be located by the garage.
How do I RSVP?
Option 1: Scan the QR code found in your invitation. Repeat form (by clicking Submit another response after submitting first form) for each guest listed in your invitation.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Only guests indicated on the invitations are invited. We will personally let you know if anything changes.
Are kids invited?
We love your children, but this will be an adult-only event.

Can I bring my pets?
Your pets are adorable, but we kindly ask that they remain at home so you can enjoy our celebration.
Are there recommended hotels?
For those who are travelling from out of town and require accommodation, the closest hotels to the venue are Hyatt House Winnipeg-South/Outlet Collection and Hilton Garden Inn Winnipeg South.

The venue is within city limits. Driving, taxi, or rideshare are all great options to consider.

How long will the ceremony/reception last?
We want our ceremony to be short and sweet - approx. 20 mins.
We also want to wrap up our reception no later than midnight.

Yes! Appetizers from The Greek Market and bar service will be open after the ceremony.
Will there be a seating arrangement?
Yes! Seating arrangements will be available to view upon arrival at the location.
What type of food will be served?
Greek cuisine from The Greek Market will be served buffet style.
An assortment of homemade desserts will be available at the dessert bar.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! An open bar will be available following the ceremony and throughout the event.

How do I inform you of dietary restrictions?
Please indicate any dietary restrictions on the RSVP form.
Alternatively, contact Ryan or Sydney of any restrictions, allergies, or intolerances you have. Our caterers are excellent in providing accommodations.
What should I do if I can't attend?
If you indicated on the RSVP form that you cannot attend, don't worry about it!
