Products include almost all variety of Pulses, Rice, Flour, Spices, Herbs, Snacks, Juices, Sweets, Pickles, Badiyan, Sukse, Fruits, Sessional Vegetables emphasizing the traditional cuisine of Uttarakhand India. Directors Profile
Deepak Dhyani, the Managing Director and Founder of the company, a former NRI for 12 long years, now Retired Telecom Manager/Engineer -- belongs to Village - Khandwari, P.O. Sulmorikhal, Block - Rikhnikhal, Patti – Iriakoot Malla, District - Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Graduated in the year 2000 in Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Deepak Dhyani had since then worked in various technologies of Telecom Domain for 17 years, in numerous countries. He founded Uttarakhand Association of UAE in 2009 and instrumental in started many other associations worldwide helping many Uttarakhandis worldwide. One of lead guy to start Kauthigs to promote Uttarakhandi Culture in Various countries and took 42 Artists from India to perform internationally. During Coivd 1st Phase he and his team hired 3 chartered flights to rescue 350+ Uttarakhandi Hoteliers from Dubai and successfully able to send all those to their villages in Uttarakhand. Voluntarily retired in the year 2017 and came back to India, he started an Uttarakhandi Retail Chain "Syara Retails" in Delhi/NCR region to promote uttarakhandi products and to give a platform to Rural Uttarakhandi population such as Farmers, Craftsman and Producers. Syara Retails market's more than 250 Uttarakhandi products, procured directly from farmers and cooperatives of 9 hilly Uttarakhand's districts.
Managing Director's Word
I have been to so many counties and places covered almost half of the globe and at the end I compared all those beautiful developed places with our motherland to know the reason that why we are not up-to that level. We are not less in natural resources, we are not less in Man Power neither we have less potential, so what is the main reason of this lag? Then I came to the conclusion that among various reasons one most important reason is “Me” and “My type of People”. It’s basically ME who forgot his part and duties for his community and Motherland. Actually, we are like those kids who were given best education, environment by their parents to be capable enough, and when they grow they move away from their parents/kin and forget about their betterment. It’s our moral responsibility to uplift our community and motherland by making some significant efforts, as we are one of the lucky ones who got capabilities, Information and resources. I love to accept challenges. My firm belief is “If you find a hungry man, don’t give him fish rather teach him how to catch a fish”. With this vision I started Foundation SHURWAAT & Syara Retails in order to empower rural Uttarakhand's population for modern education as well as native economy.

How we get things?
We directly approach farmers and producers of Uttarakhand's hilly regions by visiting them personally without involving any mediators. Promote them to cultivate good quality crops and provide them with all the necessary resources for quality production. Once the products are ready, they are purchased directly from farmers and transported, cleaned, packed and stored with great care, then provided to our customers through our outlets.
