By downloading or using the app Swypic, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Use of the App
Swypic is a tool designed to help users manage and organize their photo galleries. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content (photos/videos) you manage using the Application.

2. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

• Swypic offers a "Premium" version which may remove ads or unlock unlimited features.

• Payment: Payments will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Data Loss: Swypic involves actions such as deleting or organizing photos. While we strive for reliability, the Swypic Team cannot be held responsible for any accidental deletion, loss of data, or corruption of files. Please ensure you have backups of your important photos before using the bulk delete features.

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The app does use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

5. Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
