Terms & Conditions for Swypic

By downloading or using the app Swypic, these terms will automatically apply to you.
1. Use of the App Swypic is a tool designed to help users manage and organize their photo galleries. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content (photos/videos) you manage using the Application.
2. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases
Subscription Plans: Swypic offers Weekly and Monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you gain full access to Premium features for the duration of the selected period.
Lifetime Access: If you purchase a "Lifetime" or "One-time Purchase" plan, you will have access to Premium features for the functional life of the Application. This does not guarantee compatibility with future hardware or operating systems.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions (Weekly/Monthly) renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds: All financial transactions and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. Swypic Team does not have the authority to process refunds directly.
3. Limitation of Liability & Data Loss
No Warranty: The app is provided "as is". Swypic involves actions such as deleting or organizing photos. While we strive for reliability, the Swypic Team cannot be held responsible for any accidental deletion, loss of data, or corruption of files.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing your selection before confirming any bulk delete action. Please ensure you have backups of your important photos before using the deletion features.
4. Third-Party Services The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:
Google Play Services / AdMob
RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
Firebase Crashlytics
5. Service Changes & Termination We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) with or without notice. In the event of a permanent shutdown, the developer’s liability is limited to the functionality of the current version installed on your device.
