What time slots for delivery and collection do you offer?

We can usually collect at (or after) 6:30pm on weekdays and can deliver for 6:30pm the next day. On weekends we can collect and deliver almost anytime. Note we do not collect on Mondays or Thursdays except in special circumstances (contact for more info).

How do I pay?

Once you fill in our form or email/message your stringing request you will receive an email with your confirmation and details on how to pay (via bank transfer). You must pay this before or when your racquet is delivered back to you with its new strings.

How do I choose which strings?

Read about the strings on our website or send us an email/whatsapp or select the "stringer's choice" option when filling out the form. By doing this we can offer expert advice on strings to suit your game specifically. To select the tension we recommend not going above 25kg for polyester strings and as a rule of thumb the higher the tension the more control and the lower the tension the more power.

Where do I drop off the racquets do if I choose the drop off option?

Our machine is located in Wandsworth near to Magdalen Road however more details on the address will be sent by email when this option is selected.
