Thank you for making YSTM 2025 a success!
For this first edition of the conference, we were more than 70 participants, students, PhD candidates, postdocs and staff scientists, from all over Switzerland. We had the chance to hear about cutting-edge technologies and groundbreaking science, showcasing the strong expertise in cryo-ET present across the country.
We hope this event will inspire exchange and collaboration within the local community.
On behalf of the organizing team, we would like to thank once again all the participants, as well as the Dubochet Center for Imaging, co-organizer of this event.
Let’s meet again soon — we’ll keep you posted!
Highlighting Switzerland’s expertise in electron tomography and promoting collaboration, knowledge exchange and networking among early-career researchers, including undergraduate students, PhD candidates, postdocs and facility staff.
Registration deadline is Wednesday, 1 October 2025.
When you access the registration platform, you will first be asked to register. Only after registering will you have access to the contribution submission page. If you wish to present, please describe your research topic in two to three sentences.
We will select approximately 12 people to give talks. Our goal is to ensure representation from all over Switzerland and from as many different labs as possible.
