Optional: an open end dinner somewhere in Bern after the meeting (at Fabians attic :) )

Program

• 10:00 - 11:00: Participants arrival and getting to know each other
• 11:00: Official greeting and program presentation
• 11:15: Discussion/Panel: What is the difference between the Swiss Larp cultures. Where are the similarities? What do we like? What do we dislike? What could be improved?
• 12:20: Explanation of the project groups concept with some examples of possible groups
• 12:30: Lunch Break
• 13:30: Brainstorming for possible project groups
• 14:00: Formation of project groups followed by their first working session
• 17:00: Presentation of first results by the project groups
• 18:00: End of the official program
