Your presentation/ poster

Flash presentations should be 5 min of oral presentation + 2 min of discussion (best to bring it on a USB key)

• check the program for your presentation slot

• upload your presentation at the speaker desk before your session

Check the program if you are also session chair and be ready to guide through the session and to direct questions by the audience to the presenters. 

Bring your poster in A0 portrait format

• Your poster number can be found in the program booklet 

• There will be two poster sessions: All flash presentation presenters will be in the session on Saturday November 15 after the flash presentation. That means that in your flash talk you can do a more accessible summary if wanted, and explain more technical details in your poster ...
