Pay Structure

At Swipe Window Cleaning LLC, every completed job is split using a simple revenue-sharing structure.

Each paid job is divided as follows:

• 70% – Contractors (the people who clean the job)
  
  

• 20% – Sales Representative (if a rep generated the sale)
  
  

• 10% – Swipe Window Cleaning LLC
  
  

Sales Commissions

If a job is generated by a sales representative, they receive 20% of the total job price.

If no sales representative is involved, the 20% sales portion remains with the company.

Contractor Earnings

The 70% contractor portion is split evenly among everyone who worked on the job.

Examples:

• 1 contractor → receives 70%
  
  

• 2 contractors → each receives 35%
  
  

• 3 contractors → each receives 23.33%
  
  

If the owner participates in the cleaning work, they are treated as a contractor and receive an equal share of the contractor portion.

Payment Terms

Payments are issued only after both conditions are met:

1. The job has been completed, and
   
   

2. The customer has paid Swipe Window Cleaning LLC
   
   

Once these conditions are satisfied, contractor shares and sales commissions become payable.
