Swipe Lot is provided to help users review and manage media files on their device by swiping to keep or delete them.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not interfere with the App or other users.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or copy the App
Interfere with the App's operation or security
Use the App in a way that could damage your device or data
You are responsible for the files you choose to keep or delete.
Swipe lot only acts on the actions you make inside the App. Deleted files may not be recoverable unless your device or cloud service has its own backup or recycle bin.
We recommend reviewing your choices carefully before deleting media.
The App may request permission to access your photos, videos, and storage so it can display and manage your media.
These permissions are used only to provide the App's features.
If you deny these permissions, some parts of the App may not work.
Swipe Lot may show banner ads and interstitial ads.
The App may also offer a paid option or subscription to remove ads.
If you purchase an ad-free plan:
Payments are handled by the Google Play Store
Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your Google Play account
We do not store your payment information
We may change pricing, plans, or ad behaviour in future versions of the App.
We try to keep Swipe Lot working correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for:
Deleted files
Loss of data
Damage to your device
Problems caused by third-party services, ads, or app stores
Indirect or unexpected losses
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
Swipe Lot may use third-party services such as:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob
Google Play Billing
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update the App or these Terms of Service at any time.
If we make important changes, we may update the effective date or notify users inside the App or through the app store listing.
By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
