This Privacy Policy describes how **Beats & Beyond** ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with the **Swipe Delete** mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. **Information We Collect and How We Use It**
**A. Media and Gallery Access (User-Controlled)**
To provide its core functionality—helping you organize and clean your gallery—the App requires access to your photos and videos.
**Permissions Used:**
We request **READ_MEDIA_IMAGES** and **READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE**.
On Android 14 and above, we support **Partial Access**, allowing you to grant permission for only specific photos or videos if you prefer.
**How we use it:**
The App scans your device to display items in a swipeable stack. Metadata (size, date) is read to help you make informed cleaning decisions.
**What we DO NOT do:**
Your media remains private. We do not upload, move, or share your photos/videos with any external servers. All "Keep" or "Delete" actions are performed locally on your device via standard Android system APIs.
**B. Device Information & Advertising (Google AdMob)**
To provide the App for free, we use Google AdMob for advertising.
**Data Collected by Third Parties:**
When you use the App, Google AdMob may collect and use certain data such as your Advertising ID, device model, and IP address to serve relevant ads and perform analytics.
**Data Safety:**
We do not collect names, emails, or personal identifiers. The information shared with AdMob is solely for advertising and is managed according to the Google Privacy Policy.
2. **Data Deletion and Security**
All media deletions are permanent and performed using the Android Scoped Storage system. Once you confirm a "Batch Delete" request, the App instructs the operating system to remove those specific files.
Because we do not store your media on our own servers, we cannot recover any files once they are deleted from your device.
3. **Children's Privacy**
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. **Changes to This Privacy Policy**
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
