1. Who We Are

Minimalist Golf Swing Analyzer (“the App”) is developed and operated by SnowDragon, Inc, a U.S. company. We specialise in simple, privacy-first sports-training utilities. You can reach us at swinglab.ai@gmail.com

2. Scope

This Policy describes what data the App accesses, how that data is used, stored, and shared, and the choices you have. It applies to all versions distributed via Apple’s App Store.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

No personal identifiers (name, email, device ID, IP, advertising identifier).
No location, contacts, or health data.
No tracking across apps or websites.

Camera & Microphone. Used solely to record your golf swing; you decide when to start/stop.
Photos Library. Only accessed when you explicitly import/export a video.
Diagnostics. If you opt-in to “Share Anonymous Analytics,” we receive crash reports and basic, non-identifiable usage metrics (e.g., session length) to improve stability. You can disable this at any time in Settings. Apple Developer

5. How We Use Data

Provide core features. Capturing, playing back, annotating, and exporting your swing videos.
Improve and secure the App. Aggregated diagnostics help us fix bugs and understand feature usage. No personal profiling is performed.

We never sell or rent any data.

6. Data Storage & Security

Videos remain on your device in the App’s sandbox and/or your Photos library.
Deleting a video in-app, or uninstalling the App, permanently removes those files.
iOS provides hardware encryption and secure sandboxing; we rely on these protections and do not implement separate cloud storage.
Optional diagnostic logs are transmitted over HTTPS and stored using industry-standard safeguards.

7. Retention

User-created videos – retained until you delete them.
Diagnostics – automatically purged or anonymised after 90 days.

8. Sharing & Third-Party Access

We do not share user-generated content. Limited third-party service providers have access only to aggregated diagnostic data under GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements:

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We knowingly collect no personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Permissions. You can revoke Camera, Microphone, or Photos access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
Delete videos. Remove any swing clip in the App or via the Photos app.
Analytics opt-out. Toggle “Share Anonymous Analytics” in the in-app Settings at any time.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to comply with App Store or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in-app and on our website at least 7 days before they take effect.
