Swimming is a fun and exciting activity that many kids love to do. But it's important to remember that water can also be dangerous. That's why learning to swim is so important.
Swim lessons can teach kids how to be safe in the water and how to swim properly. They can also help kids feel more confident and comfortable in the water.
By learning how to swim, kids can have fun while staying safe. So, whether you're planning a trip to the pool or the beach, it's always a good idea to make sure your child knows how to swim.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Basic water safety skills: You will learn how to stay safe in and around the water, including how to enter and exit the pool safely, how to identify and avoid hazards, and what to do in case of an emergency.
Comfort in the water: I will help you become comfortable in the water by teaching you how to get used to the feeling of being submerged and how to hold your breath underwater.
Floating and gliding: You will learn how to float and glide on your front and back, which will help you become comfortable in the water and learn the basics of swimming.
Kicking and arm movements: I will teach you how to kick and move your arms to propel yourself through the water.
Breathing: You will learn how to breathe while swimming, including when to inhale and exhale and how to turn your head to breathe.
Swimming strokes: You will be introduced to basic swimming strokes, such as freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly.
...and of course water games and activities to help you learn new skills while having fun in the water!
