Although this is mostly about swimming, it is also a massive logistical effort!

- We will be filming the event - so a computer vision tracker might work too.
- Witness coordinator
- Need someone interested in helping to coordinate / chase up with witnesses.
- Need to ensure we have enough people at the pool at all times.
- Emergency volunteer
- People to step in at weird hours to help.
