Policies

• Packages & Payment

  • All lessons are sold in prepaid packages. Full payment is required to reserve your schedule.

• Cancellations

  • A minimum of 8-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 

  • Late cancellations or missed lessons will be charged in full.

• Weather

  • Outdoor lessons may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

• Scheduling

  • Instructor assignments may vary, but all instructors are fully certified and trained.

• Arrival

  • Please be ready at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson.

• Travel

  • Travel is included within our standard service area. 

  • Additional fees may apply for extended distances.

• Refunds

  • All purchases are non-refundable. 

  • Account credit may be issued when appropriate.

• Expiration

  • Unused lessons do not roll over to the next year.

• Liability Waiver

  • By enrolling in lessons, clients acknowledge that swimming involves inherent risks. 

  • Swimming Sisters Swim School LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during lessons.

• Swimming Sisters Swim School LLC reserves the right to update policies and pricing at any time.
