Creekside uses Member Splash (https://creekside.membersplash.com/) to manage our memberships. If you were a member last year, just log back into your account to set up this year's membership. If you have any trouble logging in, please email contact.swimcreekside@gmail.com for assistance.
All current members MUST log in to Member Splash to set up their accounts each summer. Please review and update your family and contact info before you select and pay for your membership.

NOTE: If you pay through Venmo, you still MUST log in and set up your Member Splash account. Select the "pay by check" option to generate an invoice, and then pay that amount through Venmo.

What is a bond, and why do I have to buy one?
What is a bond, and why do I have to buy one?
Everyone who joins the pool, owns the pool! The bond you purchase is your piece of the pool. To be a member, you also need to be a bond-holder.
Can I sell back my bond?
In order to sell back your bond, several criteria need to be met:
You need to have paid for a full bond ($200)
You need to have been a member for 2 years before you are considered fully-vested
The pool needs to be at full capacity for memberships (400 for the year) before a bond can be repaid
Currently, we are not at capacity, so families who want to sell their bonds are added to a waiting list. Bonds will be sold back in the order that requests are received once we reach capacity.
If you want to sell your bond back, please submit a Bond Redemption Request or email contact.swimcreekside@gmail.com with your request and we will add you to the waiting list.
My kid/teenager wants to join the pool, but I don’t want to. Can I just pay for their membership?

Unfortunately, no. Only bondholders (who must be 18 years or older) can purchase memberships, and bondholders must have an active membership in order to purchase memberships for other family members. In this scenario, you (as the bondholder and parent) would need to purchase a membership for yourself and your child.

Because Creeskide is a private club, memberships are required in order to use the pool, and we do not have any single-day memberships. However, members can bring guests, and there are some events that are open to the public.

Your family will receive $50 when the new family you referred joins with a full-season membership and has paid in full. Your family can earn unlimited $50-referral-discounts!

Receive $50 off of a NEW full-season membership if your family has a student at NPE when joining for the first time @ Creekside! Please let us know that your child attends NPE.

Members 65 and over can receive 10% off of their membership.
Discount only applies to the membership amount (i.e. cannot be applied to guest passes), and is only for members that are 65 and over (i.e. cannot be applied to younger members in the same household).
Please email contact.swimcreekside@gmail.com to request your discount before you pay your membership (we are not able to automate Member Splash with the discount) and we will work with you on applying it to your payment.

Creekside Swim Club participates with the other local pools in a 'Swap Days' program. On Swap Days, members from one pool can use their membership to visit another participating pool. For example, on Mondays all members from Creekside, Rose Valley, and Swarthmore can go to Wallingford.
Each paid family will need to pick up a Swap Card from our office that you'll need to show to the other pools when visiting.

Members can bring a guest for $14 per day ($8 after 5:00pm).
Packs of 10 guest passes can be purchased via Member Splash at any time for $110.
Members must accompany (and are responsible for) their guest(s) during their visit.
Guest passes may be restricted for certain events. Guests are welcome for these events, but may need to pay the event fee.
Guest passes can be used on holidays.
Guest passes carry over to the next season.

On ‘Buddy Days,’ members can bring a guest for $8 all day.
Members must accompany (and are responsible for) their guest(s) during their visit.
Check the pool calendar for which days are designated Buddy Days.
