Prerequisite:

• Pass the mandatory in-water Pre-Skills Assessment.  Click HERE to view the in-water skills assessment.

• Candidates must hold a current or recently expired certification (no more than 30 days) in any of the following Lifeguarding Courses: Shallow Water Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding for Swimming Pools (including Deep Water), or Waterfront Lifeguarding.

Certification Earned:

• Lifeguarding (same type as current/expiring cert)

• CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

• First Aid
  All certifications are valid for 2 years upon successful completion.
