The app may access Apple HealthKit data (e.g., step count, distance, calories) only to display it temporarily in the app, and does not store or transmit this data.

3. Location Data

Swifty Step may request access to your device’s location to provide live weather information. Location data is used only to locate the closest weather center. No Location Data is saved.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Swifty Step does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use Apple frameworks like CoreLocation and HealthKit to provide app functionality. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

Swifty Step is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
