Welcome to SwiftMark, an application developed and published by Swift Software Company. By accessing or using SwiftMark, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Creation and User Information

  1.a. To use SwiftMark, users must create an account by providing personal details including name, email address, phone number, organization name, and a secure password.

  1.b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1.c. SwiftMark uses your name, email address, and phone number strictly to create and manage your account, support attendance functionality, and send essential service communications (for example, registration confirmations or support responses). We do not use these details for marketing without your consent.

2. Attendance Tools and Device Permissions

  2.a. SwiftMark requests camera access only when you scan an authorized SwiftMark QR code to mark attendance. The app does not store camera footage or photos after the scan is complete.

  2.b. SwiftMark requests location access to capture your device location at the moment you submit attendance so your organization can confirm you were at the expected location. The app does not track your location continuously.

  2.c. Each attendance record combines your user ID, scan result, timestamp, and submitted location for audit and compliance purposes.

3. Job Listings and Referrals

  3.a. SwiftMark provides access to walk-in and referral job listings. These listings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of employment.

  3.b. Users may refer others to job opportunities through the app, and are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of referral information.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

  4.a. All personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving SwiftMark’s services and fulfilling the functionality described above.

  4.b. Swift Software Company does not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  4.c. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Attendance data is retained only as long as your organization requires for compliance or audit purposes.

5. User Conduct

  5.a. You agree to use SwiftMark only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  5.b. You must not misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

6. Modifications and Termination

  6.a. Swift Software Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

  6.b. We may suspend or terminate your access to SwiftMark if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

  7.a. Swift Software Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SwiftMark.

  7.b. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
