The Service Provider may disclose user-submitted and automatically collected information under the following circumstances:

When we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, personal safety of you or others, investigate fraudulent activities or respond to official government requests
When sharing data with trusted service partners acting on our behalf. Such partners are prohibited from independently using the disclosed information and must abide by the rules set out in this Privacy Policy.
You may stop the Application from collecting data on your mobile device by uninstalling it. Uninstallation will terminate ongoing data collection, but will not automatically erase the data that has already been sent to the Service Provider or relevant third parties.

The Service Provider retains personal data based on the purpose of collection and applicable legal requirements:

Automatically collected data: Stored for a maximum of 24 months after collection, extended only to meet legal compliance requirements
Aggregated and anonymized data: Retained permanently, as such data cannot identify any individual
Data for legal compliance: Kept for the duration required by relevant laws
You may submit a request to delete your personal data, subject to mandatory data retention obligations under the law. Please be aware that certain data is essential for the normal operation of the Application and cannot be deleted.
This Application is not designed for users under the age of 16, or the higher age limit specified by local laws. The Service Provider will not actively collect personal information from minors or conduct targeted promotion towards children.
If local laws require consent from parents or legal guardians, minors shall not use the Application without such authorization. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under 16 in violation of relevant regulations. If we confirm that we have obtained personal data from a minor, we will delete the information from our servers immediately.
