SwiftPDF does not provide a function to import an existing photo, PDF, TXT, or other file and convert that existing file directly into a PDF.
PDF creation is primarily provided through the App's document scanning and camera-based document capture functionality.
4. Files and Documents
SwiftPDF may request access to files stored on your device in order to provide file viewing and file management features.
Depending on your device and operating system, you may use SwiftPDF to:
View PDF files
View TXT files
View other supported file types
Organize documents
Categorize files
Manage documents
View recently accessed files
View document browsing history
Manage files stored on your device
SwiftPDF only accesses files that are necessary for the functionality you choose to use and, where supported by the operating system, files that you select or authorize.
Important
SwiftPDF does not provide a feature that converts an existing PDF, TXT, or other imported file into a PDF.
The PDF creation functionality is intended for documents scanned or captured through the App.
5. Document and PDF Processing
When you use SwiftPDF to scan a physical document, the App may process the images captured by your device in order to create a PDF.
This processing may include:
Processing scanned images
Creating PDF files
Saving created PDF files
Displaying created PDF files
Maintaining creation history
The documents and content you create or manage through SwiftPDF remain your content.
SwiftPDF does not claim ownership of your documents, photographs, text, or other user content.
6. Document History and Browsing History
SwiftPDF may maintain local information related to documents you create or view.

Recently created documents
Recently viewed documents
Recently accessed files
File names

Creation dates

Technical, analytics, advertising, and diagnostic information may be retained by SwiftPDF or third-party service providers for periods determined by applicable legal, security, operational, and business requirements.
Different third-party providers may have different retention periods.
22. Deletion of Documents and App Data
You may delete documents and history information through the features made available by the App or your device.
If you uninstall SwiftPDF, locally stored App data may be deleted by the operating system. The exact behavior may vary depending on your device and operating system.
Because SwiftPDF does not currently require user registration or an account, there is no SwiftPDF account that users are required to create or delete.

SwiftPDF is not specifically directed toward children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
