Swift Hawker (the "App") is designed for participating hawker stall owners to manage incoming customer orders, verify payments, and update order statuses.
We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
This app is intended only for registered stall owners who have been provided login credentials by the app operator.
The app provides:
A login system for stall access
An order management interface
Payment proof viewing
Order status updates (Confirm / Reject / Ready)
Customer notification triggers
Stall name / identifier
Login credentials (managed securely in backend systems)
Stall owners may view limited customer-related data necessary to fulfill orders:
Customer name (if available)
Order details (items, time slot, location)
Payment proof screenshots uploaded by customers
⚠️ Stall owners do not collect this data directly — it is provided through the platform for order fulfillment purposes only.
Device type and operating system
App usage logs (for diagnostics and performance improvements)
Device push tokens (used to send operational notifications)
Data is used strictly for:
Displaying incoming customer orders
Verifying payment proof
Allowing stall owners to confirm, reject, or complete orders
Sending order status notifications to customers
Ensuring proper functioning of the app
Supporting operational and technical improvements
Payment proof screenshots uploaded by customers
This app does not provide access to:
Customer credit card details
Bank account information
Payment credentials
Stall owners must:
Use payment screenshots only for order verification
Not store, share, or misuse customer payment information outside the app
By using this app, stall owners acknowledge and agree to:
Access customer data solely for order fulfillment
Handle all visible data responsibly and in compliance with PDPA
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared only:
Within the platform (between customer and stall for order fulfillment)
With service providers (e.g. hosting, notification services)
When required by law or regulatory authorities
We implement reasonable security measures, including:
Secure backend infrastructure (e.g. Supabase)
Access controls to restrict unauthorized usage
Stall owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to:
Fulfill orders
Maintain transaction records
Comply with legal obligations
Stall owners should report any incorrect or suspicious order data to the app operator.
Requests relating to personal data (including customer data) should be directed to the app operator.
By using this app, stall owners agree:
Not to misuse customer data
Not to copy or store payment screenshots outside the app
Not to share customer information with unauthorized parties
Failure to comply may result in suspension of access.
