Provide accurate maps, routes, and navigation services essential for ride-hailing.
Enhance the overall user experience with detailed and reliable mapping data.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, full name, phone number, and location. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application collects your name, email, and phone number to:

Name: Identify you within the app, personalize your experience, and address you appropriately in communications.
Email: Send you important updates, notifications, and promotional offers; facilitate account recovery; and verify your identity.
Phone Number: Allow drivers to contact you during ride pickups.

Data Handling

The User must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
To access certain functions of the Services, the User must create an account and is responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
The Administrator has the right to block or delete the User's account for violation of this Agreement.
Providing false information or failure to provide requested information may result in denial of access to the Services.
The company may save and use the User's personal data for providing Services, advertising, and marketing. The User can request deletion of personal data.
The User has the right to request deletion of personal data from the company's database.
The company is not responsible for third-party access to User's personal data. The User is responsible for data security.
The User is responsible for data and account security.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application and services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@infiniterealm.tech, and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Fares and Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and other factors. Additional fees or surcharges may apply.
Users are responsible for paying fares through the app. Drivers receive payment from the platform according to agreed-upon terms.

Cancellation Policy

Users may incur charges for cancelling rides, and drivers may receive compensation for cancelled rides.

Rating and Review System

Users and drivers participate in a rating and review system to maintain service quality and safety.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@infiniterealm.tech so they can take necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
