This agreement ("Terms") governs your subscription to Swift Cleaner:AI Clean Storage
(the "Service"), operated by Zhang Liyu
("Developer"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these legally binding terms.
1. Subscription Details
1.1 Plans Available
The Service offers:
Weekly Plan: Full premium access with recurring weekly payments.
Annual Plan: Full premium access with annual billing.
1.2 Premium Benefits
Subscribers gain:
Unlimited use of premium tools.
Removal of all advertisements.
Priority technical support.
2. Payment & Renewal
2.1 Billing Process
Charges apply immediately upon subscription confirmation through your Apple account.
2.2 Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Payments are deducted 24 hours before each cycle ends.
Renewal rates match the original subscription price.
2.3 Account Management
Modify or disable auto-renewal via your Apple account settings.
2.4 Free Trials
Trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration. Payment occurs immediately post-trial.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Termination
Cancel anytime via Apple account settings.
Access continues until the current billing cycle ends.
No reimbursements for partial unused periods.
3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested through Apple Support.
Payments are final unless mandated by law.
4. Service Modifications
4.1 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees. Notice will be provided prior to changes taking effect at renewal.
4.2 Feature Updates
Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
5. Service Termination
5.1 Developer’s Rights
We may terminate subscriptions for violations of these Terms or other policies.
5.2 Effects of Termination
Premium access ceases immediately.
No refunds for prepaid periods.
