Since its humble beginnings in pawnshop with six employees in 2005, SWHI has expanded to include a number of organizations that serve South Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat. Our portfolio includes the pawnshop and leasing.
SWHI continues to grow by concentrating on real estate, property leasing, and the creating new business that complements existing ventures.
SWHI is a privately owned company.

This place is remote enough if you want a place to rest, but still accessible and not too far removed from the city center. It's also within a short walking distance from the Chinatown Satellite Market. The facilities are well-maintained and the property manager is nice and accommodating.

Nice apartments with separate bedroom and living areas. Aircon, cable tv and kitchenette. Very reasonably priced. Management is always on the property and is very responsive. We stayed there for 6 months this past year.
