I earned my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2023, under the supervision of Dr. Melissa G. Keith. I went to the University of Central Florida for undergrad, graduating in 2019. Fun fact: I graduated from Wiesbaden High School (in Germany!) in 2015.

I'm currently researching topics related to the work-nonwork interface, particularly surrounding the work- and well-being-related impacts of dynamics concerning companion animals, national politics, and families and intimate relationships. I am also researching helpful, unhelpful, and harmful behaviors in organizations, and how these behaviors impact the well-being of workers within them.

Beyond work, I enjoy going to the gym, attending concerts, and binge watching YouTube.
