SWENext was founded with the goal of offering young females, families, and educators around the world opportunities on the local level. With the desire to break through and refute the gender gap in regard to the uprising S.T.E.M. fields, this outstanding program paves the way. A way for the next generation of young girls to become a part of something much greater than ourselves, to change the world. SWENexters have access to programs, mentors, and resources decided to develop leadership skills and the confidence to suceed and strive in these world-renowned fields. Together change is ours.

As of 2020 women make up 29% of the entire STEM workforce. Throughout history women have faced intense discrimination from a lack of legal rights and in return had very scarce independence. Women were thought as inferior, and were treated that way. The modern day S.T.E.M. field is inherintly dominated by males. Every young girl deserves the right to dream. To dream and have the opportunuties to suceed in which ever path they go down. Together we can stir the social norm and give a voice to these strong, brilliant, innovative young girls.
