Stacy Phillips is a music and theater educator in Tennessee. A Bachelor's of Music graduate from the renowned Berklee College of Music and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts alumni from Florida State University's Musical Theater Program, Stacy 's education in all aspects of music and theater has allowed her to work in many creative areas of the entertainment industry.
A performer for over half of her lifetime, Stacy grew up on the stage and in the music studio as actress, singer, dancer, songwriter, and recording artist. She has studied with renowned artists such as: the late Ann Reinking, Luigi, Chet Walker, Bebe Newurth, Jules Stein, Gregory Hines, Tommy Tune, Ben Vereen, Kate Gelabert, Gayle Seaton, Fred Chappell.
As with many performers, Stacy made her way to the other side of the arts, directing and producing both on stage and in the studio and judging one of the world's largest songwriting competitions, The USA Songwriting Competition. As an independent music producer and award winning songwriter and recording artist @anastasiarizing, Stacy has put out multiple original albums as well as produced demos for aspiring singer/songwriters.
Stacy has been teaching voice and music lessons to students of all ages and stages of vocal development for over twenty years. Her vocal specialties lie in legit and popular music theater, jazz, pop, folk and country.
