These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Sweet Pet House (Hong Kong) Trading Company Limited regarding your use of the Sweet Bubble: Bubble Level mobile application. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial utilization on your compatible mobile device.
You agree not to modify, alter, decompile, reverse engineer, extract the source code, or create derivative works of the Application.
Utility Limitation: Sweet Bubble: Bubble Level is a digital utility tool designed for everyday convenience (e.g., leveling home furniture, picture frames, or DIY crafts).
Hardware Dependence: The accuracy of the digital bubble level is heavily dependent on the quality, sensitivity, and calibration of your specific device's built-in hardware sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope), as well as the flatness of your phone's protective case.
No Professional Liability: This app should NOT be relied upon for heavy industrial construction, precision engineering, or architectural tasks where slight inaccuracies could cause structural or financial damage. We assume no liability for measurements that are inaccurate.
Device Safety: You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is securely placed when using the level function. We are not liable for any physical damage to your device (such as screen cracks, drops, or scratches) incurred while using the phone as a physical level tool.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Application, including the visual UI, "Sweet Bubble" branding, custom bubble themes, icons, animations, and code, remain the exclusive property of Sweet Pet House (Hong Kong) Trading Company Limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet Pet House (Hong Kong) Trading Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, construction errors, or device malfunction arising from your use of the Application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application, or discontinue features of the app at any time without prior notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after revisions indicates your absolute acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
