What is soft play?
Soft Play is a beautiful creative space that provides a safe and fun environment for your little ones. Soft play encourages young children to use their imagination and also helps with their fine motor skills. Watch them build, interact and create , all while having fun.
Where can we set up?
We can set up indoor and outdoors. At a venue, in your garage, inside of your home etc. If you have a party that will be hosted at a venue , You the client are responsible to have everything in place. Sweet Memories is not responsible for any additional cost. If parking has to be paid for , during set up that must be paid at your expense or will be added to your invoice.
If you failed to relay information to the Venue that you choose, and cause us to not be able to set up, you will be obligated to pay a $150 inconvenience fee because we could have secured another party.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Venmo and Paypal
All parties must be paid in full at least 1 day prior to your scheduled event. We will not unload or set up without payment paid in full. Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after thoroughly cleaning the set up. If there are any damages, we will discuss that information and an invoice will be sent to you that must be paid within a timely manner. (I TAKE PICTURES OF THE SET UP AT YOUR HOME , BEFORE your party and at the time of pick up)

Allow me 24-48 hour to get back to you with a response and our availability. Please note that your date is NOT scheduled until a contract is signed and a deposit of $75 has been paid. You will get a copy of your invoice & receipt. Your invoice must be paid in full (aside from your deposit) that you will receive back if no damages have been made.
Are there any soft play rules?
Thank you for asking. We do NOT participate in any parties that will have Face painting, water, glitter, confetti or slime. It will damage our equipment. If there are any signs of these, you will be liable to cover the cost of that product because they do not come out (you will have the option to keep the damaged items). My goal is to provide each party with clean, damage free, quality equipment. Normal wear of the equipment does not count.
No food, drinks, shoes, toys are allowed in our play space. An adult must be present at all times! Safety is our #1 priority
Do we charge a delivery fee?
I do not charge a delivery fee, AS LONG as you are within 8 miles from 76049. I will travel up to 35 miles total for an additional $1.50 per mile
Do we offer any discounts?
Not at the moment however, we do run promotions
Do we offer custom party set ups?
Absolutely! This is what we specialize in. If you do not see what you're looking for, send me your theme. I will do my best to make your vision come to life. I have a variety of colored climbers and a wide selection of ball colors to choose from. We also offer custom blocks that i will specially design for you. They start at +35 for a set of 6. We have 8'' and 10" Blocks
What if we want to keep the set up longer?
If you are having so much fun and you want to keep it longer, it is an addition $25 an hour.
Latest pick up is 7PM as it will take an 1 to 2 hours to take down
Set up Info
We do not set up on dirt, rocks or black asphalt as this is not good for our equipment. Clients are responsible for getting the required permit for the use of soft play in a public area or venue. (that additional cost is your responsibility). We do require everyone to send us a copy of your permit that shows approval confirming our soft play set up is allowed at your preferred location, at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. If this is not done, I will not be able to set up in public. We will have to discuss arrangements prior to your event date. If you choose to cancel your party , this will result in you losing your deposit
Cancellation Policy
Sweet Memories Soft Play reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation, your depsoit will be your cancellation fee, unless discussed otherwise
Weather Policy
For safety purposes we can not set up with high winds or incoming rain. So, please make sure to have an alternate location in the event that we run into inclement weather. During the Summer heat our equipment can get very hot! With that being said, we do require a canopy for all set ups. You may rent one from us for a fee of $35 or, you can provide your own. I will not set up without so please plan accordingly.
Pet Policy
We love our animals but they are not allowed inside of our play space. You will be charged a fee of __ if there are any signs of pet. Please note that if there is urine on any of our equipment , you will be charged the amount of that piece of equipment, as we can NOT get it out. Thank you for your understanding.
What if the set up is too big for my space?
We will do our best to accommodate your space. We can always use less gates or even remove them. Please note that the price of our set up does not change when making these changes.
Are there any additional fees that i should know about?
There is a standard Texas sales tax rate of 6.25% applied to all invoices and There will also be a delivery fee if you are out of our complimentary 12 mile range from area code 76049. I charge $100 damage fee for equipment with face paint on it but in some cases the piece may need to be replaced. I also charge $100 if there are any signs of animals on our soft play equipment. I take pictures of all of my set ups before and after. If the area in which i am setting up in, is cluttered or not cleared out at the time of delivery, i will charge a $35 inconvenience fee. Please keep in mind that this will result in slowing set up down and that we may have a party after yours.
Additional Info
You do not have the right to rearrange OR move our set ups. However, you may move some things around INSIDE of the play area. You may NOT take down our set ups or leave it UNATTENDED at any time!
An Adult MUST be present at ALL times while the children are playing. No more than 8 children at a time due to safety purposes.
