What bedding is included in my package?
Each teepee comes with a comfortable air-mattress, a fitted sheet and throw pillows. Throw pillows are not recommended for sleeping. Guests will need to bring their own pillows & sleeping bags/blankets. All accessories, lights, lanterns, tray tables, etc. are also included. Design is based on chosen theme.

*COVID 19 Disclaimer/Cleaning Procedures:
As we do with all of our items, including our individual teepees, we take cleaning VERY seriously. We know that safety and cleanliness are a huge factor when maintaining our equipment and in combating any type of virus. We take all measures possible and within our realm to ensure that all items have been cleaned and sanitized.
Below is a list of procedures for cleaning of our items:
Linens (sheets, mattress pads, basic pillow covers & blankets) - laundered (washed, dried & ironed) using scent free, no chlorine bleach, formaldehyde, phthalates, or parabens concentrated detergent.
Decorative Pillows- washed/dried after each use, inserts are sprayed with EPA-registered non-toxic disinfectant that is 99.9% effective in killing germs and viruses including covid-19 and are left to dry thoroughly. (in the case of non-removable covers pillows are sprayed with same disinfectant and left to dry thoroughly)
Bed Trays, Lanterns, Tables, ect - cleaned with EPA-registered non-toxic disinfectant spray product (top, underside & sides) after each use.
Rugs, Bunting & other decorative items- washed and or scrubbed (if applicable) with EPA-registered non-toxic disinfectant spray and/or wiped down depending on the item.
*Our throw pillows are for decorative purposes only and not meant to be slept directly on. We recommend that all campers bring their own pillow and sleeping bag/blanket to use for the night.
*We store all of our items in a storage area in our home that is only accessible to us.
*If there are any items that concern you, we are happy to leave them out of your set up. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Can you host the party?
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We offer a number of party add-ons to add to the fun! We are, however, full service. We set up and clean up following your event.
How do we order an add-on?
Give us a call, send us a direct message or email and we will provide you with the details and a price for the quantity required. You can also see all of our add-ons on our website under add-ons.
Delivery:
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery, set-up and take-down is included in the package price for customers living within 80 miles round trip twice of our home in Anna, round trip.
**Delivery outside of our set area will require an additional delivery fee of $1.50 per mile.

How long is the rental period of the tent package?
Our regular set up day is on the day of your party (times vary based on logistics and scheduling with other sleepovers on the same day). Because we may have other sleepovers going out the same day we set a time that is most feasible for not only you, but for us as well. We pack up and collect on the following day (usually 10:00am-12:00pm). Times will be arranged directly with each customer no later than one week prior to your event date.
**If you require a different day, set up or delivery time, please contact us at least one week prior.
Set-up:
How much space in the room is required for the teepees?
Each tent requires 52” in width and 49” in length. A standard 6 teepee set up fits great in approximately 13’ x 16’ space. Teepees can be configured multiple ways to fit a room. We can advise you on the best set up for your space and required number of teepees. A photo of the space you’re setting up in or the room’s square footage is helpful to have on hand while booking.
Do you have a minimum number of teepees that can be rented?
Our minimum set up is 2 teepees. We can set up to 6 teepees. If more teepees are needed please, let us know and we will try to accommodate if no other parties are booked for the same day. Teepees are limited for ordering and take several weeks to get in so we will not be able to guarantee availability for more than 10 at this time.
*Please allow 2 weeks prior to your party weekend to guarantee enough tents to host your child’s guests. We may book multiple parties in one weekend.
Do you set up the teepees? How should we prepare the room for set-up?
Yes, we deliver and set-up everything required to host a Sweet Retreat Sleepover party. We make it very easy for you!
It’s best if the room has a clean, clear floor space prior to delivery to ensure a quick and easy set-up. Most set-ups work well with the main furnishings moved either against the outer walls or out of the room.We can advise you on the best set-up for your space.
What do we do if something goes missing or accidentally gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected, i.e.: smudge/small stain marks on sheets and/or trays, etc. Excessive wear and tear is NOT expected, i.e. rips, tears, cracks and/or deep scratches, etc. We understand that sometimes accidents happen and have listed our replacement cost for some of the items in our contract. Any excessive damage will be analyzed during take-down and is up to the discretion of a Sweet Retreat Sleepovers representative.
Can the teepees be set up outdoors?
As of now we do not set up our teepees outdoors. Texas weather is a little unpredictable and our teepees are not weather proof.
Booking, Payment & Cancellations
How do we book a Sweet Retreat Sleepover party?

What is required to secure my booking?
Your booking will be confirmed with an online invoice email. A deposit of $75 is required to be paid via Venmo (or other arranged payment method) to secure your date. Your booking is not secure without a paid deposit. A contract listing your booking details will be delivered the day of your set up and will require your signature prior to leaving items.
When is the balance of payment due?
You will be required to pay the balance ONE WEEK prior to your party via Venmo (or other arranged payment method). We will send out a reminder to your same method of contact ONE week ahead of your party as a courtesy.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, or Cash.
Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?
No, we sanitize and wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent so it’s soft and fresh for the next guests. You do not need to wash any linens prior to pick up.
Do you have a cancellation policy?You may cancel a booking up to one week prior. If you cancel ONE week or less from the party date, you will forfeit your paid deposit. In the case of cancellation, your deposit may be applied to another date. Cancellation of individual teepees will be fully refunded up to 48 hours before set up time. After that, it will be a $30 refund.
