The Service Provider is authorized to disclose user-submitted data and automatically collected device information in the following scenarios:

When we reasonably determine disclosure is necessary to defend our legal rights, safeguard your personal safety or the safety of other users, investigate suspected fraudulent behavior, or respond to formal government inquiries

You can permanently stop the Application from collecting any new data from your mobile device by uninstalling the software. If parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory under local regulations, minors are prohibited from using the Application without such formal approval.
