Meetings
The COPE Health Scholars Program hosts two All-Scholar Meetings (ASM) during the first and second month of each rotation. These dates are planned in advance and are made available to scholars to ensure that scholars can attend the mandatory meetings per program policy. These dates will take place on a Saturday or Sunday, and will be provided ahead of time so that scholars can make appropriate accommodations.

if you cannot attend THE MEETING:
Email your Department Coordinator at least 48 hours BEFORE the meeting to request an excused absence. Your email should include a valid reason for missing the meeting.
A missed meeting (excused or unexcused) will count as a missed shift.
NOTE: A scholar that does not attend AND are unexcused from an all-scholar meeting will automatically result in a counseling session.
