Be The Face Of Swedish Medical Center
The Lobby Ambassador Program positively impacts the first and last encounters for all individuals arriving or departing Swedish Hospital. Lobby Ambassadors provide the highest level of customer service for everyone; welcoming and guiding patients and visitors to the places they need to be, and making sure they are comfortable on their way.
Lobby Ambassador objectives
Greeting and providing excellent care for everyone in the Lobby
Escorting and providing way-finding support throughout the campus
Supporting patient discharge by assisting with transportation & other needs fulfillment
Transport management and support (during admission, visits and discharge)
Creating a welcoming environment for all persons in the hospital
Shifts available at First Hill, Cherry Hill and Swedish Orthopedic Institute
Available Daily Lobby Shifts:
6am-8am, 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm
