This Privacy Policy explains how SweatPass (“we”, “our”, “the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. SweatPass is designed to help you build healthy digital habits by linking screen time to physical activity. We value your privacy and are committed to keeping your data safe.
By using SweatPass, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
SweatPass collects only the minimum information required to provide its core functionality.
To determine when to lock or unlock selected apps, SweatPass may collect:
The name and package ID of the app currently on screen
The list of apps you choose to lock
This information is processed locally on your device. SweatPass does not collect or store the content of any app you use.
If you choose to use AI workout tracking:
The camera feed is processed in real time to detect body movements and count reps.
No images, videos, or biometric data are saved, sent to a server, or stored anywhere.
All camera processing stays on your device.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics such as:
App crashes and errors
Usage patterns (e.g., number of workouts completed, feature usage)
These analytics contain no personal or sensitive data and help us improve the app.
SweatPass does not require:
A login
An email address
A phone number
The app functions entirely without personal identification.
SweatPass uses your data only to:
Detect when a locked app is opened
Apply app blocking when minutes reach zero
Track workout progress and award screen-time minutes
Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
We do not:
Sell your data
Share your data with advertisers
Track you across other apps or websites
On Android, SweatPass uses the Accessibility Service solely to:
Detect when your selected apps are opened
Display a blocking screen when your screen-time minutes reach zero
SweatPass never uses Accessibility to:
Read text from your screen
Access messages, photos, passwords, or personal content
Perform actions on your behalf
Control your phone outside of the lock screen feature
Accessibility data is not stored, not transmitted, and not shared.
On iOS, SweatPass uses the Apple Screen Time API only to:
Request permission to manage selected apps
Enforce app usage limits based on your workout status
SweatPass has no access to your personal content or activity inside other apps.
SweatPass stores all local data (timer, selected apps, settings) on your device only.
No workout images, camera frames, or biometric data are ever stored.
If you uninstall the app, all data is automatically deleted.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect any optional anonymous analytics collected.
SweatPass is not designed for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
SweatPass may use third-party services strictly for:
Anonymous analytics
Crash reporting
These services do not receive any personal or sensitive data.
You control:
Which apps SweatPass is allowed to monitor
Whether to enable Accessibility services on Android
Whether to allow camera access for workout tracking
Whether to share anonymous diagnostics
You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance.
