About me

I am currently working as a Principal Project Scientist at the school of Humanities & Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Prior to this, I was a post-doctoral fellow at Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi.

My research interests include personnel economics, labor and development economics with a focus on social networks, workplace ties, gender and caste. Presently, I am involved in multiple studies under the broader project related to addressing "gender gaps in STEM" at IIT-D.

I have a passion for primary research, impact evaluations and policy relevant studies for marginalized communities.
