About me

I am currently working as a Quantitative Economist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi on an inter-disciplinary project that aims at addressing gender gaps in STEM at tertiary level.  I am designing behavioral experiments and studies at the intersection of AI and ML for causal inference. Prior to joining IITD, I was a post-doctoral fellow at the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi.

My research domains include  personnel economics, labor and development economics with a focus on gender, social networks and labor market outcomes.  I have a passion for primary research, impact evaluations and policy relevant studies for the marginalized communities.
