Swati Rao Shiv is a researcher in Neurophysiology, Psychodynamics, and Qualitative Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), specialising in the study of how repetitive thought patterns, internal dominant focus(IDF), and emotional states influence neuroplasticity in the mind, release of positive or negative neurotransmitters, hormones, immune activity, and behavioural outcomes.
Her work also integrates psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and average internal dominant focus (IDF) to understand how emotional and cognitive shifts produce quantitative physiological changes across neuroendocrine and autonomic neuropathways. Her recent research paper published evidence of the predictive outcome of regular positive thinking on subjective well-being as 73%, which was much higher compared to the predictive outcome of chagess in income at 1.1%. Alongside research, she is a clinical therapeutic practitioner with expertise in Positive Psychology , Psychodynamic Analysis,Past Life Regression, CBT, DBT, NLP, Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy, Alpha & Theta Healing, and Spiritual Psychology.
With more than 20 years of wprk experience in clinically applied practice , and more than 1,000 clients, she offers integrative mind–body interventions for emotional transcendence from negativity to positivity , trauma recovery, stress management, and behavioural restructuring with adding game thepory of decison making for planning the future course of action for higher wellbeing.
Her research paper publications appear in Journal of Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, American Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, International Journal for Multi Disciplinary Research ,the Journal of Applied Bioanalysis, and she is the author of more than five self- help books on emotional well-being and mind–body science that covers scripts of self practice, perspectives of focus, intra -dimensional shifts , vibrational frequencies and neuropathways.
She is also an author of self help books with the pen name - Shiva Swati.
Her broader mission is to contribute to global mental health research, education & policy development by developing evidence-based frameworks that enhance motivation, well-being, inner peace ,good health and positivity adaptation across diverse cultures, through education & therapeutic interventions integrated in medicinal treatment.
