Biomolecular Modeling and Simulations Group

The overarching aim of our group is to carry out bottom-up modelling of biomolecules to unravel their structure-dynamics-interactions, and most importantly, their function. The particular focus on HIV and cancer therapeutics and enzymatic catalysis. Our group uses molecular dynamics simulations and develops methods to study the dynamics of biomolecules over long timescales.
