SWAT-Carbon Manual

The manual describes the processes and functions, as well as required input files and the format of key output files.

All Fortran codes in “SWAT-Carbon” are in the “.f90” format. Most Fortran code files from the original SWAT2012 have been changed more or less. To facilitate users to understand what changes we have made to the original SWAT2012 model, we added a suffix “_new” to each Fortran file that has been newly added or added a suffix “_change” to those Fortran files with noticeable changes. For most other modules, we have made moderate/minor changes but did not mark them. If users are interested in learning those changes, file comparison software could be of help.
