This Privacy Policy describes how Krida LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Swarm Dodge mobile game application ("App"), available on iOS and Android platforms. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
By downloading or using Swarm Dodge, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Swarm Dodge does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information directly. We do not require account creation, login, or any personal details to use the App.
The following data may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the App:
Swarm Dodge uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following data to serve relevant ads:
• Device Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
• Device type, model, and operating system version
• IP address (used to estimate general geographic location)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• App usage data related to ad performance
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC. We do not have direct access to this data. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Swarm Dodge stores the following data locally on your device only, using standard device storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers:
• Level progress and completed levels
• Best scores per level
• Coin balance and owned in-game cosmetic items (skins)
• Active skin selection
On iOS, Swarm Dodge integrates with Apple Game Center to provide leaderboard functionality. If you are signed into Game Center, your scores may be submitted to Apple's leaderboard service. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not store or process your Game Center data independently.
We use data solely for the following purposes:
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob (to support the free version of the app)
• To maintain your local game progress and preferences on your device
• To submit scores to Apple Game Center leaderboards (iOS only, if opted in)
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
• Google AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple Game Center (iOS only): https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services to understand their data practices.
Swarm Dodge offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements ("Remove Ads"). All purchase transactions are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Purchase data is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy and terms of service.
Swarm Dodge is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below and we will take steps to delete such information.
The App's target audience is users aged 13 and older.
Game progress data is stored locally on your device and is retained until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings. We do not retain any personal data on our servers, as we do not operate any servers that collect user data.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information processed through the App. Local game data is stored using standard platform security mechanisms. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Advertising data is transmitted securely by Google AdMob using industry-standard encryption.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
• Delete local game data by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in device settings
• Request deletion of any data held by Google AdMob directly through Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. As we do not directly collect personal data, most of these rights apply to data held by our third-party service providers.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected about them and to request deletion of their personal information. As described in this policy, we do not directly collect personal information. The Advertising ID collected by AdMob may be considered personal information under CCPA. To exercise your rights regarding this data, you may opt out of ad personalization through your device settings or contact Google directly.
Swarm Dodge is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that data processed by our third-party services (Google AdMob) may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
