ABOUT THE SWARACon 2026

SWARACon 2025 marked MSSD's first institutional research conference in BARMM. Building on that foundation, SWARACon 2026 themed "Responsive Policies, Resilient Services: Bridging Social Welfare Research Gaps for a Mas Matatag na Bangsamoro," expands the platform into two tracks. Track A directly funds new research on priority social welfare concerns identified by the Ministry. Track B opens the conference to researchers with completed studies from 2023 to 2026, creating a venue for presenting evidence that can directly inform MSSD’s key priority policies and programs.
