We do not use uploaded photos, videos, prompts, generated content, or face-related information for advertising targeting.
Collection
We process facial information contained in photos or videos you voluntarily submit. Our apps do not automatically scan your device or photo library for faces.
Purpose
Facial information is used only to provide your requested features, including face swaps, beard and hairstyle try-on, hair color changes, and other face-based transformations.
No Facial Recognition
Our apps do not use this information to identify or authenticate people or create biometric identity profiles.
No Advertising Use
We do not sell face-related information or use it for advertising, tracking, or unrelated profiling.
Third-Party Processing
Submitted content containing faces may be processed by Replicate and the infrastructure needed to complete your request. We do not authorize unrelated uses of that content.
Storage and Retention
Uploaded content and face-related processing data follow the storage and deletion periods described in Section 5.
Our apps use third-party AI processing providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics and crash-reporting services where integrated, and App Store payment services to operate.
When you submit content for AI generation or editing, it may be transmitted to Replicate, our third-party AI processing partner, to process your request and generate your result.
Third-party AI processing may involve:
Uploaded photos, images, or videos.
Faces and other visual information contained in uploaded content.
Product images and reference content.
User prompts.
Editing and generation instructions.
Selected styles, colors, effects, and animations.
Temporary generation files.
Generated image and video outputs.
Technical request data required to complete processing.
We submit this information to provide the requested AI functionality, process generation requests, and deliver results.
We do not authorize AI processing providers to use submitted face-related information for identity recognition, biometric identification, advertising, unrelated profiling, or unrelated marketing.
Where advertising is available and you grant the required permissions, advertising partners may receive your IDFA to deliver and measure personalized advertisements.
We do not sell uploaded media or face-related information.
Our apps may share limited information with the following categories of service providers:
AI Service Providers
We use Replicate to process uploaded photos, videos, product images, prompts, reference instructions, temporary files, and generated outputs as needed to complete your requested AI transformation.
For more information, see Replicate’s Privacy Policy.
Cloud Hosting, Storage, and Infrastructure Providers
We may use cloud hosting, database, storage, networking, and content-delivery services to operate our apps, process requests, store temporary files, and deliver generated images and videos.
Analytics and Crash-Reporting Providers
Where integrated, analytics and crash-reporting services help us understand app performance, monitor crashes, detect technical issues, and improve our apps.
These services may process technical information such as:
Device type.
Operating system version.
App version.
Crash logs.
Performance data.
Diagnostic information.
General usage events.
Where advertising is available, advertising networks may also process your IDFA after you grant the required tracking permission. Uploaded media and face-related information are not provided for advertising targeting.
Apple and App Store Services
If an app offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, credits, or paid features, purchase processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect or store your full payment-card details.
We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as subscription status, product identifier, transaction status, renewal status, and entitlement information, to unlock paid features.
Legal, Security, and Safety Requirements
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, valid legal process, or an enforceable government request, or where necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, or protecting the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, our service providers, or our business.
Uploaded photos, videos, product images, prompts, reference content, temporary generation files, and generated results may be stored temporarily for processing, delivery, and service reliability.
Uploaded source content and temporary processing files are retained on our systems only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your request and deliver the generated result.
After processing, uploaded source content and associated face-related processing data are deleted from our active systems.
In limited cases, temporary caches, backups, or failed-job recovery systems may retain processing data for up to 72 hours for reliability, security, fraud prevention, or technical recovery, after which it is removed.
For predictions created through its API, Replicate states that input parameters, output values, output files, and logs are automatically removed after one hour by default. This applies to Replicate’s API prediction data and does not delete copies separately stored by our apps or saved on your device. See Replicate’s data-retention documentation.
Generated images and videos may be temporarily stored for delivery, preview, download, or in-app history.
Generated files that are not saved to an available history or saved-creations feature may be automatically deleted within two days.
If an app provides history, saved creations, or recent generations, content saved there may remain available until you delete it or it is removed under the feature’s storage rules.
Some limited technical, diagnostic, transaction, subscription, support, security, or legal records may be retained longer where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or security.
Our apps process photos, videos, prompts, product images, and reference content that you choose to submit.
Where required, we obtain your consent before sending personal information to Replicate for AI processing. Camera or photo-library permission is separate from consent to third-party AI processing.
You should upload only content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.
For content containing identifiable people, you must have the necessary permission to use their likeness for the requested transformation and to share the results.
You can choose not to upload content or generate a result.
You may manage camera and photo access through your device settings. Depending on your device and operating system, you may:
Allow access to selected photos only.
Allow broader photo-library access.
Revoke camera or photo access at any time.
Our apps do not automatically upload your photo library. Revoking access prevents future access under that permission but does not automatically delete content already submitted.
Where applicable, we request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your IDFA or performing tracking that requires authorization. You can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
You may delete generated content from your device or app history where deletion features are available.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant privacy authority.
You may contact us at ishivshankartiwari70@gmail.com to exercise your rights or request deletion. Please include the app name so we can locate and address your request.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, billing records, or limited backup retention.
Generated images and videos may be temporarily stored to allow our apps to process, preview, deliver, download, or display your results.
Generated content may be stored on servers operated by us, our cloud infrastructure providers, or third-party processing providers.
If an app includes history, saved creations, or recent generations, generated content may remain available as described in Section 5.
Generated content may also be stored locally on your device if you download, save, export, or store it inside the app.
Our processing providers may operate outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international data transfers, we use the safeguards required for those transfers.
We do not use generated images or videos for advertising targeting.
Some app data may be stored locally on your device, such as:
Generated image and video previews.
Saved creations.
Download history.
App settings.
Usage preferences.
Cached files.
Deleting an app may remove locally stored app data, depending on your device settings and operating-system behavior.
Content saved to your photo library, Files app, gallery, or another external storage location may remain after deleting the app.
You are responsible for managing or deleting content saved outside the app.
Deleting an app does not necessarily delete server-side content.
You may contact us at ishivshankartiwari70@gmail.com to request deletion of server-side information associated with your use of Studio9, VeeSwap, or PicSwap, subject to applicable legal requirements and retention exceptions.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Uploaded content is transmitted and processed through systems used by our apps, cloud infrastructure providers, and third-party AI processing providers.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Please consider the sensitivity of content before submitting it for online AI processing.
Our apps are not intended for children under 16, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact ishivshankartiwari70@gmail.com, and we will investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our apps, features, third-party services, legal requirements, or business practices.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date above.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making relevant changes.
