Ajith S Kumar

Mr. Ajith is a UGC-CSIR JR Fellow in the Department of Physics. He is interested in Magnetoelectric properties of multiferroic heterostructures based on piezoelectric/magnetostrictive materials. Magnetoelectric properties and underlying mechanism in various geometries including 0-3,2-2,1-3 heterostructures are under investigatiion. He is the first one to investigate the chances of employing the lead-free BCZT as the piezoelectric phase in composite magnetoelectric structures.

He has now submitted his synopsis of the research to the university.
