FAVERSHAM FITNESS LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides SwapAtlas: Exercise Finder ("SwapAtlas" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
SwapAtlas is designed as an offline exercise-reference and exercise-alternative discovery tool. The App allows users to browse exercises, explore alternative exercises based on equipment and other selected criteria, compare exercises, save useful exercise relationships, and manage related preferences locally on their device.
SwapAtlas does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App.
Based on the App's current functionality, we do not collect personal information through the App such as your:
name;
email address;
phone number;
physical address;
precise or approximate location;
contacts;
photos or videos;
microphone recordings;
advertising ID;
payment information; or
authentication credentials.
The App does not contain analytics or advertising SDKs designed to collect information about your use of SwapAtlas.
Certain information generated through your use of SwapAtlas may be stored locally on your device so that App features work correctly and your selections remain available between sessions.
Depending on the features you use, locally stored information may include:
saved exercise swaps;
custom equipment presets;
favorite exercises, if the feature is enabled;
recent exercise exploration paths;
App preferences and settings;
selected equipment or related preferences where persistence is useful; and
first-use or example-completion status.
This information is used only to provide the corresponding functionality within the App.
It is stored within the App's local storage and is not transmitted by SwapAtlas to FAVERSHAM FITNESS LTD or to a remote server.
The exercise catalogue, movement classifications, equipment information, and exercise-matching data used by SwapAtlas are included with the App and processed locally.
Exercise searches, equipment filters, alternative-exercise matching, and exercise comparisons are processed locally on your device.
SwapAtlas does not send your exercise searches, selected exercises, equipment selections, saved swaps, or comparison activity to an external server for processing.
The exercise-alternative matching system uses locally stored exercise metadata and deterministic matching logic. It does not rely on an online artificial intelligence service or external exercise API.
SwapAtlas is designed to operate without requesting Android runtime permissions for its core functionality.
The App does not require access to sensitive device features such as your location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone calls, SMS messages, or shared media in order to provide its exercise-finder functionality.
If the App's functionality changes in a future version in a way that requires additional permissions or changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
SwapAtlas does not require:
a user account;
login or registration;
a SwapAtlas backend;
cloud synchronization;
remote exercise APIs; or
an Internet connection for its core exercise discovery, filtering, comparison, saving, and reference functionality.
Your locally saved SwapAtlas information is not synchronized to an account or cloud service by the App.
SwapAtlas does not integrate advertising services or analytics SDKs as part of the App described by this Privacy Policy.
We therefore do not use the App to create advertising profiles or transmit App activity to advertising or analytics providers.
The core functionality of SwapAtlas does not depend on third-party online services.
Certain actions that you explicitly initiate may open an external application or service installed on your device.
For example:
Contact Us: If you choose to contact us, SwapAtlas may open a compatible email application with our support email address and a suggested subject. Any information you choose to include and send is handled by your selected email provider or email application according to its own privacy practices.
Rate Us: If you choose the Rate Us option, the App may open its Google Play Store listing through the Google Play application or a compatible web destination. Your interaction with Google Play is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
SwapAtlas does not use these actions to silently collect information from those services.
SwapAtlas does not transmit the locally stored App information described in this policy to us, and we do not sell that locally stored information.
Because the App does not operate a backend for its core functionality, locally stored saved swaps, equipment presets, recent paths, and App preferences are not shared by SwapAtlas with advertisers, analytics providers, or other external parties.
Information that you independently choose to send through an external application, such as an email to our support address, is outside the App's local storage environment and will be handled as necessary to respond to your communication.
Information created within SwapAtlas is retained locally on your device for as long as needed to maintain the features you choose to use or until it is deleted.
Where supported by the relevant feature, you can remove individual locally stored items such as saved swaps, custom equipment presets, favorites, or recent activity from within the App.
You may also clear applicable App data through Android's system settings or uninstall SwapAtlas. Uninstalling the App normally removes data stored in the App's private local storage, subject to Android's platform behavior and any device-level backup or restoration mechanisms outside the App's control.
Because SwapAtlas does not require or create a user account, there is no SwapAtlas account to delete.
SwapAtlas minimizes data handling by performing its core functionality locally and by not requiring an account or remote backend.
We use reasonable development practices intended to protect information handled by the App. However, no device, software application, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should maintain appropriate security for their Android device, including available operating-system security features.
SwapAtlas is an exercise-reference and exercise-comparison utility.
Its exercise alternatives and comparisons are provided for general informational purposes. The App is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, injury assessment, or individualized medical advice.
SwapAtlas does not require users to provide medical or health information in order to use its exercise-finder functionality.
SwapAtlas does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its core App functionality.
The App does not contain accounts, social communication features, behavioral advertising, or user-to-user communication.
If future versions materially change the App's audience or data practices, we will review and update this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures as necessary.
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to SwapAtlas, applicable requirements, or our data practices.
When the Privacy Policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this policy will be revised.
If a future update materially changes how the App accesses, collects, stores, transmits, or shares information, the policy and any required disclosures will be updated accordingly.
