Swanlyn Specialties

Swanlyn Specialties is a family owned and run business. Wanda began Swanlyn Specialties back in 1997 where she focused on catering and attending the Ingersoll farmer’s market.  

After becoming gluten-free in 2012, Wanda Swance was hard-pressed to find good, tasty food that she could eat and enjoy. Besides being a foodie and involved in the food business years prior, she was set on a goal to make others in similar situations happy to find delicious food. After months of testing a variety of recipes on friends and family she was more-than-ready to start "Swanlyn Specialites", the gluten-free edition.  

In 2013 Wanda decided to reinvent Swanlyn Specialties, with a focus on creating tasty Gluten free food. Wanda, along with her husband Evan and the rest of her family strive to bring the best recipes to the kitchen so that those with gluten intolerance and celiac, along with some specialty diets, are able to enjoy flavorful treats and meals.
