Swanbourne Construction Ltd is a building and general contracting company based at Middleton Business Park in Middleton-on-Sea, between Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. James Reilly has been building in West Sussex since 2002, and the limited company was formed in 2025 to put that work under one registered, fully insured company. James is the single point of contact on every job, from the free site visit to handover.
We carry out house extensions, loft conversions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, landscaping and garden rooms. Every quotation is itemised line by line, payment runs on a 5% deposit and fortnightly valuations, and workmanship is guaranteed for 24 months.
