The Swamp Shack is your one stop shop for all things Cajun. We are a husband (Charles) and wife (Samantha) team committed to providing you with the most authentic and tasty Cajun recipes. Charles is originally from New Orleans and moved to Tennessee in 2014. He is the main chef and has all the knowledge about Cajun seasonings and recipes. Samantha is the behind the scenes owner who handles the business side of things. We make trips down to the New Orleans area to get ingredients that are not available in our area and to get fresh seafood to use in our cooking adventures.

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar building, we do everything out of our home. We are able to meet anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Cookeville, TN, but we only meet on weekends due to full time jobs during the week.
