Ricardo Ngakuzevi was born and raised in Swakopmund. Grown up in the heart of Mondesa, the township of Swakopmund, he comes from a diverse, vibrant community that is faced with a lot of challenges. 

At the age of 16, Ricardo became independent and moved out of the coastal town to work in other parts of Namibia. In 2013 he returned to his hometown and became a tour guide and sandboarding instructor. He has since then worked for several local tour companies. Always been passionate about soccer he also volunteered as a coach for a youth soccer club in Mondesa.

With almost ten years of experience within the tourism industry, Ricardo then decided to start his own company together with Arnold, a good friend and long-term colleague of his.

Arnold Katjinamunene was born in Okakarara and raised in Mariental, a town in the dry windy south of the Hardap region of Namibia. However he moved to Gobabis in the east of Namibia where he graduated High School.

At age of 19 he came to the coastal town of Swakopmund where he received training to become a sandboarding instructor. After a year of training he started working with Ricardo side by side. 

He later started working for a local radio station in Swakopmund. After working together as a team with Ricardo in the tourism industry for years, Arnold and Ricardo decided to start their own business.
