Let Noble Thoughts come to us from all and every direction in the Universe

Myself Abinash, Currently I am working as a postdoc at University of Barcelona. I have completed my PhD at IIT Bombay with Prof. Gopalan Rajaraman. and spent partly in University of Heidelberg, Germany under Prof. Markus Enders. My research interests are broadly in the area of Single Molecule Magnets and Single Molecule Toroids, their computational modelling and targeted synthesis, followed by characterisation using sophisticated spectroscopic techniques. Though, primarily my work is on Molecular Magnetism and Understanding the Spin Hamiltonian Parametres and Magnetic Relaxation processes for multinuclear exchanged coupled states, I am working on metal mediated catalysis and metal-metal multiple bonded systems as well to understand the reaction mechanism and catalytic pathways. I have been working on different computational packages (Gaussian, Orca, Molcas, cp2k) for the last seven years as well as in the field of experimental synthesis of transtion metal and lanthanide complexes, their characterisation and different apllications using sophisticated spectroscopic techniques.
