1) Parents and Guardians are specially requested to notify the School Authority of any change in the address or telephone number.
2) It is the duty of Parents to see that their children come to school in proper, clean and neat uniform on time.
3) While Communicating with the Principal, Parents and Guardians are requested to state in the application letters the standard and division in which the children are studying.
4) Parents should check the absence and late attendance record, teachers remarks in the School Calendar regularly.
5) Parents and Guardian are requested to communicate with the teacher on the "Open Day" Fixed by the School Authorities as regards with their children's progress in studies.
6) Parents or tiffin carriers should not enter the School building during the lunch break.
7) The School will not be responsible for expensive goods, money or books lost by the students all articles belonging to a child should be marked by the child's full name.
8) Parents guardians, ex-students or other persons are forbidden to go directly to the class to see children or to communicate with their teachers during school hours, without the permission of the Principal.
9) Great stress is laid on punctuality, regularity, attendance and discipline, absence without prior permission on the first day of class after any vacation is considered a serious offence. New admissions are liable to lose their seats if they fail to report within a week after the school re-opens in June.
10) The School pays much emphasis on holistic development, character formation, as well as on excellence in all school subjects.
